We didn't name the company after the tallest mountain in North America to claim we're the best in town. We named it Denali because that's what a great project actually feels like — a climb. There's a summit: the finished space, exactly as the drawings imagined it. Getting there takes planning, the right route, and a rope team that's made the climb before.
Founded in 2014, Denali Tile + Stone is led by Rich Hoff, a craftsman with over 40 years on the trowel, and his son Dallas, who runs projects, estimating, and client relationships. Rich's other son, RJ, leads the field as tile foreman. Builder, designer, homeowner, installer — we're all on the same rope. See you at the top.

Do you employ your own crews?

Very few tile companies run their own in-house crews — we do. Twelve installers and helpers organized into six crews, every one supervised by an on-site lead, with Rich inspecting the work at every stage. No labor brokers, no mystery subs. Our standard has to be passed before anyone else's gets applied.
